in which the swallow sings an endsong atop the frillingtree where the pictures sit on the glass where two thousand faces conceal my own iron geometries between that leaf and a place i might call home there is one who on gray wings i (may, at night, and often) call strength upon to break the jargged raindrops that upfalldown on the four hundred nineteen faces concealing my own iron geometries ----- Taking what I learned from the first mask I wanted to test a few things. detail 1. detail 2. ----- many many hours (+ a few burns ;_; ) manila file folders, plastic bags, craft wire, masking tape, hot glue, gesso, acrylic, lightweight clay, rope types of feathers: peacock, pheasant, rooster critiques are always appriciated! |
